Two decades on the general-contractor side of BIM coordination taught one lesson over and over: the gap between a beautiful model and a buildable project is workflow. Not features — workflow. The way an assembly is classified. Whether a takeoff maps to how a trade is actually bought. Whether a template adapts or quietly breaks.
CONTRABIM is that hard-won workflow, packaged. CB2.0 is the template framework built on real building science. The BRIDGE carries quantities from Archicad into Excel, organized by trade. CONTRABIM Fonts deploys firm typography system-wide in under two minutes. Every piece exists because a real project needed it.
It started as a YouTube channel — now 21,000+ practitioners strong — and grew into the first Digital Associate Partnership Graphisoft granted in North America. The mission hasn't changed: teach the system, not just the software.

- 2005 — 2019 • Twenty years on the GC side BIM coordination and template development on real projects — learning where models break down between design and the field.
- 2020 • The YouTube channel Sharing Archicad workflows publicly. The audience that became the CONTRABIM community started here.
- 2023 • CB2.0 & The BRIDGE The template framework and QTO workflow formalized into products firms could adopt directly.
- 2025 • Graphisoft partnership Named the first Digital Associate Partner to Graphisoft in North America.
